2 tbsp jerk seasoning

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 pint heavy whipping cream

16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

Oil, for cooking beef

1. Cook the Pasta
Boil elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
2. Brown the Beef
In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Season with jerk seasoning and Cajun seasoning. Stir well.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce
Lower heat and add:

Stir until cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
4. Combine
Add cooked pasta to the skillet.
Mix until every noodle is coated in the sauce.
5. Bake

Bake at 350Β°F for 20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
6. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve hot.
