Braised Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
- 6-8 Bone In Chicken Thighs
- Cuire Garlic and Herb
- Smoked Paprika
- Complete Seasoning
- Carrots
- 1 Cup Chopped Veggies (Onion, Bell Pepper, and Celery)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth
Season chicken with Cuire Garlic & Herb drops, complete seasoning, and paprika. In a hot pan, sear seasoned chicken thighs skin-side down first. Remove from pot. In the same pan, saute veggies in the renderings from the thighs. Season mixture with 2 drops of Cuire Garlic and Herb. Add in tomoato paste, red wine vinegar, and chicken broth. Allow to simmer before adding in chicken thighs. Either continue to let simmer on the stove for 1 hour or place in the oven for an hour to braise.
