Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Shaved Beef

  • 1 lb Penne Pasta (cooked al dente)

  • ½ Onion (sliced)

  • ½ Red Bell Pepper (sliced)

  • ½ Green Bell Pepper (sliced)

  • Optional: Banana Peppers & Jalapeños (for extra kick)

  • 1 stick Butter

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 cups Shaved Parmesan Cheese

  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese

  • Seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)

  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

  • Optional: 2–3 Drops Cuire Garlic & Herb Flavoring for savory depth

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, sauté onions, red and green peppers until tender. Add shaved beef and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in butter, heavy cream, and cheeses until melted and creamy.

  4. Season to taste and add Cuire Garlic & Herb Flavor Drops if desired for extra richness.

  5. Toss in cooked pasta and mix until fully coated.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Pro Tip: Add banana peppers or jalapeños for a tangy, spicy twist — or toast a few garlic bread slices on the side to make it a full “Philly-style” meal.
