Salmon

1 slab salmon, cut into ~6 pieces

Sun-dried tomatoes + oil

Cherry tomatoes, halved

1. Season & Sear the Salmon
Drizzle salmon pieces with olive oil and season generously with LA Spicy Creole seasoning.
Sear in a skillet over medium heat until:

Cooked through but still tender
Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Pasta
Boil fettuccine according to package directions.
Drain and reserve a little pasta water if needed.
3. Build the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet:

SautΓ© red onion and garlic in oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.

Add cherry tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook until softened.
