Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage

  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (diced w/ green chiles)

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese (cubed)

  • 2 boxes Texas Toast (thick-cut bread, buttered)

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and Italian sausage. Drain excess fat.
