4 boneless chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

1 egg

1 tsp smoked paprika

For the Sandwich Build

4 toasted brioche buns

Spicy mayo (½ cup mayo + 2 tsp hot sauce + 5 drops Cuire Cajun Kick)

Instructions
1️⃣ Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season lightly with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Whisk buttermilk, egg, and Cajun Kick drops. Add chicken, cover, and marinate at least 1 hour (overnight = best flavor).
3️⃣ Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper in a shallow dish.
4️⃣ Heat oil to 350°F. Dredge chicken in flour mix, press firmly for a thick crust. Fry 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown & cooked through. Drain on wire rack.
5️⃣ Toast buns, spread spicy Cajun mayo, layer chicken, lettuce, and pickles/coleslaw.
6️⃣ Serve hot and prepare to be addicted 🔥.
