1ļøā£ Season the Ribs
Generously season the short ribs with Creole seasoning and Honey Garlic BBQ seasoning.
2ļøā£ Make the Caramel Roux
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat:
Melt the butter and add the sugar.
Stir continuously until the mixture turns a deep caramel color.
3ļøā£ Brown the Meat
Add the seasoned short ribs to the caramel mixture.
Brown on all sides until coated and lightly caramelized.
