🌮🔥 Jerk Chicken Enchiladas
Optional: Bold Flavor Boost with Cuire Cajun Kick Drops
These enchiladas are a fusion of Caribbean heat and Mexican comfort. Juicy jerk-seasoned chicken wrapped in corn tortillas, smothered with enchilada sauce and cheese, then baked until bubbly. Add a few drops of Cuire Cajun Kick to take the spice and flavor over the top.
Ingredients

2–3 Chicken Breasts (cooked & shredded)

1 small Onion (chopped)

1–2 Chile Peppers (chopped)

1 Jalapeño (chopped)

2–3 Tbsp Jerk Seasoning

1 can Enchilada Sauce

4 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or your favorite)

10–12 Corn Tortillas

2–3 Drops Cuire Cajun Kick Flavoring (optional, for extra bold flavor)
Directions

Cook chicken breasts until tender, then shred.

In a skillet, sauté onion, chile peppers, and jalapeño until fragrant. Add shredded chicken, jerk seasoning, and a drop of Cuire Cajun Kick for heat and depth. Stir to combine.

Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture, roll them and pleace them in a pan.Â
- Add additional chicken mix on top, enchilada sauce, and extra shredded cheese.
- Bake until bubbly at 375 in the oven.Â
