🍝 Ranch Lasagna (The Ricotta Upgrade You Didn’t Know You Needed)


🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 pint ricotta cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or blend)
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

👩🏾🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the meat
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage together until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.


2. Make the ricotta layer
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 egg, and the ranch seasoning packet. Mix until smooth and well combined.


3. Build your layers
In a baking dish, start layering:

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Meat mixture
  • Ricotta mixture
  • Shredded cheese

Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with a generous layer of shredded cheese on top.


4. Bake
Bake at 375°F for about 25–30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is fully melted.


5. Rest & serve
Let sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
