Ingredients
-
1 Whole Red Snapper (cleaned and scaled)
-
2–3 Drops Cuire Island Fire Flavoring
-
2–3 Drops Cuire Garlic & Herb Flavoring
-
1–2 tbsp Jerk Sauce (for added glaze)
-
1 Lemon (sliced)
-
½ Bell Pepper (sliced)
-
½ Onion (sliced)
-
1 tbsp Olive Oil or Melted Butter
-
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
-
Heavy-duty Foil (for grilling)
Directions
-
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
-
Rinse and pat the red snapper dry, then score both sides with shallow slits.
-
Rub the fish with olive oil or melted butter. Season generously with salt, pepper, and 2–3 drops each of Cuire Island Fire + Garlic & Herb for rich, layered flavor.
-
Spread a thin layer of jerk sauce over the fish for that classic Caribbean kick.
-
Stuff the cavity with sliced lemon, bell pepper, and onion.
-
Wrap the fish tightly in foil, sealing edges to lock in steam and flavor.
-
Grill for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
-
Carefully unwrap, drizzle with any remaining juices, and serve hot with rice, plantains, or grilled veggies.
✨ Pro Tip: For extra flavor, brush the outside with more Cuire Island Fire before serving. It’s the perfect balance of heat, herbs, and citrus.
