Made bold with Cuire Island Fire + Garlic & Herb Flavor Drops

This tropical-inspired grilled red snapper is smoky, citrusy, and packed with flavor. Seasoned with Cuire Island Fire for that island heat and Garlic & Herb for savory depth, then stuffed with lemon and fresh veggies—it’s the perfect balance of spice and sunshine on your plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Red Snapper (cleaned and scaled)

  • 2–3 Drops Cuire Island Fire Flavoring

  • 2–3 Drops Cuire Garlic & Herb Flavoring

  • 1–2 tbsp Jerk Sauce (for added glaze)

  • 1 Lemon (sliced)

  • ½ Bell Pepper (sliced)

  • ½ Onion (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Melted Butter

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  • Heavy-duty Foil (for grilling)

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Rinse and pat the red snapper dry, then score both sides with shallow slits.

  3. Rub the fish with olive oil or melted butter. Season generously with salt, pepper, and 2–3 drops each of Cuire Island Fire + Garlic & Herb for rich, layered flavor.

  4. Spread a thin layer of jerk sauce over the fish for that classic Caribbean kick.

  5. Stuff the cavity with sliced lemon, bell pepper, and onion.

  6. Wrap the fish tightly in foil, sealing edges to lock in steam and flavor.

  7. Grill for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is tender and flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Carefully unwrap, drizzle with any remaining juices, and serve hot with rice, plantains, or grilled veggies.

Pro Tip: For extra flavor, brush the outside with more Cuire Island Fire before serving. It’s the perfect balance of heat, herbs, and citrus.
