1. Sauté the Vegetables
In a large pot, heat oil or butter over medium heat.
Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and potatoes.
Sauté until vegetables begin to soften. Season lightly with Cajun seasoning.
2. Add the Corn
Stir in the mini corn on the cob and continue sautéing for a few minutes to build flavor.
3. Build the Tomato Base
Add:

Diced tomatoes

Ragu sauce
Stir well, then add chicken broth or water to reach a thick stew-like consistency.
Bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Add the Blue Crabs
Add the previously steamed blue crabs to the pot.
Gently spoon the sauce over the crabs so they’re well coated.
5. Add Shrimp & Finish
Add shrimp and sliced smoked sausage.
Simmer until shrimp are pink and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes).
Stir in fresh parsley and adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot.
