1 pint heavy whipping cream

1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1.5 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or fiesta blend)

1 packet taco seasoning

Additional seasoning to taste (garlic, onion powder, Cajun, paprika, etc.)

Brown the beef
In a skillet, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease. -
Season it up
Add taco seasoning and your favorite additional spices. Stir until the beef is well coated. -
Build the creamy base
Lower the heat and add:-

Stir until smooth and fully melted into the beef.
