Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup siracha
Directions:
- Combine sweet chili and siracha. Set to the side.

Combine the beaten egg yolk with milk in a shallow bowl. Set aside. Combine flour, cornstarch and panko in another small, shallow bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Heat oil. As oil is heating up, coat shrimp with wet mixture and then dry mixture. Fry in hot oil. Remember, shrimp cooks fast so do not overcook it. Remove shrimp from oil then drizzle in sweet and sour sauce.
