1 packet Sazรณn seasoning

Sear the sausage, onions, and bell peppers until softened and slightly golden.

Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Pour in 3 cups of water.

Season generously with Cajun seasoning and 1 packet of Sazรณn.
