Chicken Alfredo Recipe
- 1 lb Penne Pasta (Cooked to Package Directions)
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts (Seasoned with cajun seasonings and sauteed)
- 2 cups Spinach
- 2 cups parmesean cheese
- Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
- Seasoning
- 1 stick of butter
Directions: In a saucepan, sautee (seasoned) chicken breasts and then remove from pan and add to the side. In the same saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter then add in spinach. Once spinach cooks down add in heavy whipping cream and parmesean cheese (season sauce) to make the alfredo sauce. Add chicken breasts and pasta in and stir. Sprinkly with parmesean cheese and parsley.
