Cornbread (used 1 box Jiffy for this recipe)
1 box Chicken Stuffing
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups Shredded Chicken (used 1 Costco Rotisserie Chicken)
1 cup Holy Trinity (Onion, Bell Pepper, Celery)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
Seasoning (Used Badia Complete)
2 TBSP Minced Garlic
Directions: In a pan, saute your holy trinity and add in chicken and garlic, season to your liking, let saute for 5 minutes. In an oven safe pan, shred your cornbread and mix in stuffing mix. Add in 1 cup of chicken broth. Add in chicken mix (veggies and shredded chicken). Add in one cup of chicken broth. Mix together. Add in nothing cans off soup. Mix. Add in final cup of chicken broth.
