- Cajun seasoning, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste

- Fresh parsley
- Green onions

Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish.

Add to the baking dish:
